Applying your competency profile

Now that you have completed your competency profile, you can begin to integrate it into your talent management strategy, and use it to measure these competencies in your applicants or employees. Lumenii offers a range of competency-based assessments for selection and development purposes.

The Select

A comprehensive integrated assessment solution for selection. The Select report includes competency potential, motivators, cognitive ability, and optional Learning Agility, as well as competency-based interview questions.

The Develop

An integrated development solution, assessing an employee’s potential and current performance against your competency profile, as well as optional Learning Agility. The Develop report reveals strengths and potential development areas at a glance.

The Competency Assessment System (CAS)

The CAS provides an overview of an individual’s overall suitability for a specific role, in terms of their potential on those competencies essential for performance. Detailed scores are provided for each competency, indicating relative strengths and the potential to further develop.
