Liabo Molapo is a Human Resources Executive and serves on the Executive Committee and contributes to board-level strategy. She leads a dedicated and talented Human Resources team supporting employees across South Africa.

With more than 15 years of experience in human resources management and organisational development, she has held senior roles in both multinational and pan-African organisations.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business and Law from Bucerius Law School and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany, an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of the Free State, a Social Sciences degree from the University of Natal (Now UKZN) and a General Management certificate from GIBS.

She is passionate about succession management and has worked closely with organisations to ensure a strong, sustainable leadership pipeline. Her focus lies in identifying and developing high-potential talent, aligning succession strategies with business goals to drive long-term performance and continuity.
